Implementing corporate governance principles fosters confidence and trust among owners, shareholders, and other stakeholders, as it transparently reflects the protection of their interests by the management.<\/p><p>The laws and framework governing corporate governance at\u00a0<strong>Tose\u2019e Melli Group<\/strong>\u00a0are based on the\u00a0<strong>Corporate Governance Bylaws<\/strong>\u00a0approved by the Tehran Stock Exchange on\u00a0<strong>November 2, 2007<\/strong>, and the\u00a0<strong>Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies<\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0<strong>July 15, 2018<\/strong>.
